Finishing: Sew back seam. From right side, work 1 row sc around entire edge of stole.
Fringe: Cut 3" strands of yarn. * Fold 1 strand in half, insert hook in a sc along edge, pull folded lp through, then pull double strand down through lp and pull tightly, repeat from * in each sc around stole.
Sew 3 snap fasteners along 4 raglan seams of stole, evenly spaced half way up from lower edge, so that when snapped sleeves are formed.
